Broccoli Beef

http://www.sandyskitchenadventures.com/2011/03/simple-beef-with-broccoli-stir-fry.html

I'd call this a broccoli beef not so much a stir fry. I added in sesame oil and garlic olive oil about a teaspoon each. (yes I know thats not on my diet, but it made it oh so good!)

All this week has been poultry and my red-meat-loving carnivore husband was about to shrivel into nothingness if I didn't make beef sometime soon. He told me he was not disappointed with this dinner. It was actually pleasantly surprised. It was EASY! and I thought I had put in too much sesame oil (recipe technically didn't call for it) but the flavor was perfect!

Michael requested more broccoli and less cauliflower rice so I made the "rice" just for me and gave him more greens.
In the measuring cup is the water for the skillet, I added a chopped green onion.

Marinate meat 15 min, then brown the meat.

Removed meat from heat and add veggies to heat.

Here is my rice. After making the Mexican rice last night I had left over cauliflower so I measured out single servings then froze them individually. Tonight I just popped two out put them in a microwave dish heated 5 minutes and BAM! Done.

Cooked Veggies

Michael's Bowl, broccoli beef no "rice"

Here is mine, with less green more "rice" weighed to perfection, (IGNORE the trash can)
